Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Emailed Andy at 1st pick locksmith late one evening with problem with my front door locking, he emailed back straight away and arranged to come the following day. Really nice guy, did a fantastic job there and then and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend...will certainly contact him in the future if needed

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service from start to finish. I called about a lock that had completely seized up and couldn’t be opened, and the response time was incredibly quick.

The locksmith arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue, and had the old lock removed and a new one fitted within half an hour. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was carried out professionally and efficiently.

What could have been a stressful situation turned out to be a really straightforward and pleasant experience. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The great part about Andrews work is the fact that he knew I had an interest in what technically went wrong with my lock cassette system on my front door. He explained further on how it can be prevented in the future and aligned by door and replaced the faulted item. Door is now in a better position than when it was first installed and has not reverted back.
